Before asking your question, be sure you have researched the forum and other individual support tickets to make sure you're question or problem hasn't already been answered or addressed.
1.) To start a support ticket, click and start a new individual thread.
2.) If you have the same question as another member and you're having the same issue as them and the solutions presented to them did not fix your problem, please create your own NEW THREAD. This will help keep things organized and help us focus on each individual ticket.
3.) Be as specific as possible when asking your question and include pictures if you think it would be helpful. When taking pictures, please take a clear picture of your entire TV screen so we can see everything.
4.) Let us know what you have done to try and fix the issue.
We will address your support ticket when we get time and as always, PREMIUM MEMBERS will have priority.
